WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Character
We are looking for outstanding role models who want to inspire youth and create memories that will last a lifetime. Our staff members are experienced, responsible and enthusiastic and above all must possess the highest moral character.
Time Commitment
Our preference is to hire staff for the entire summer season, available from late-May through mid-August.
Eligibility
Counselors must be at least 15 years of age. Staff is comprised of older high school students, college students and collegiate athletes, as well as post graduate adults. CPR and First Aid certification is mandatory. (We will certify you during staff training if you are not certified.)
Your Role
Maintaining a balance of fun and safety while being patience and flexible are important when working as a counselor. Sometimes firm, always kind demeanor is key to earning campers respect and making memories.
Skills
We are looking for talented individuals: lifeguarding, music, guitar, rock climbing, arts & crafts, lacrosse, soccer, tennis, golf, cheerleading, basketball, baseball and ropes experience are particularly desirable.
Energy
Going 110% every day is important. Campers are inspired by your energy, so counselors must have a high energy level, every day. If you’re having fun, the campers are having fun.
